Tapley has worked diligently to increase the Chapter’s membership and corporate partnerships, with over $1M raised to support Programs. Tapley also served as a past President, Vice Chair of Operations, Vice Chair of Development, and Membership Chair.
In addition, Robert serves 100 Black Men of America, Inc. nationally as the Strategic Plan Committee Chairman. Working with the global consulting firm Bain & Company, he led the organization’s 2020 5-year strategic plan development. In the past, Robert served as Member at Large, Interim Vice Chairman of Programs, Activations Committee Chair, Co-Technology Chair, and served on several committees.
