Michael is a twice retired Senior Client Executive at CMA Technology Solutions. Prior to joining CMA Technology Solutions, Victorian worked at IBM for 30+ years in sales and marketing. Both at CMA Technology Solutions IBM, he was a consistent top performer and
award winner.
During Victorian’s career at CMA Technology Solutions, he was responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with agencies with the State government of Louisiana and other local and regional public sector clients within the Louisiana geographic area as well as executing sales and solutions across various vertical market segments. Victorian grew the company’s revenue share, within his market, with an average of 15 percent, annually.
Throughout Victorian’s 30-year IBM tenure, he developed and executed proven track records in multiple routes to market from End User customers to Business Partners/Resellers sales to mixed customer segments. (SMB, Large Enterprise, and Public Sector).
Michael manifests his personal commitment to his local and national community by mentoring and working to enhance the lives of African American youth with service and leadership as a member and past President of 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge, Inc. He currently also serves as a dedicated National Board member of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. since July 2017, where he also chairs the National Collegiate 100 committee.
He also continues to demonstrate his personal commitment as a servant leader as a member of the Governor’s Children’s Cabinet Advisory Board. This Cabinet is a member network of more than 44 public and private sector organizations including service providers, advocacy groups, state and local stakeholders. This group is responsible for making recommendations to the Children’s Cabinet on pertinent children & family issues.
Michael pledged to serve is utilized on the Baton Rouge Area Foundation’s Civic Leadership Initiatives Committee,that unites human and financial resources to enhance the quality of life in south Louisiana. He serves on the Baton Rouge Area Chamber Diversity and Inclusion Committee, as well as a board member of New Schools for Baton Rouge, that’s mission is to ensure that every child in Baton Rouge has access to an excellent education.
Victorian is a member of the Gloryland Baptist Church where he previously served as a board member on the Gloryland Education Resource Center Foundation. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
A proud native of Eunice, LA, Michael received a bachelor’s degree from Southern University and A&M College and is married to Kathy Victorian. He has three adult children and seven grandchildren.
