Andre Givens is a seasoned cross-functional servant leader with extensive experience in operations, higher-ed administration, management, real estate, financial services, and
information technology. He currently serves as the Director of Undergraduate & Adult Enterprise and the Program Director for the Strategic Leadership and Design graduate program
in the School of Business at the University of Indianapolis. He is also the co-founder of Edge Enterprise, LLC.

Andre has been an active volunteer with the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis for 18 years, serving in various roles before becoming the President & Chairman in January 2021. His most significant
contribution to the community is volunteering with the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, serving as Chairman of the Dollars & $ense Financial Literacy Scholarship Program from 2014-2021.

In addition to his work with the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, Andre serves as Chair for the Colligate 100 – Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus. He is also a
member of several community organizations and affiliations, including the Economic Club of Central Indiana Marketing Committee, Stanley K Lacy Executive Leadership Alumni (SKL Class
XLIII), Board Chairman of the Healing Friends Foundation, and the FBI Indianapolis Citizens Academy Alumni Association.

Andre holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) from
Indiana State University. He has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career, including the 2023 Community Service Award from the Haughville Seventh Day Adventist
Worship Center, the 2020 African American Excellence in Education Award, the 2018 Beyond UIndy Award, the 2015 Inspiring Leader Award from the Methodist Health Foundation, and the
2014 Emerging Leaders Award from the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis.

Andre is a native of Chicago, IL (Westside-Garfield Park area). He currently resides in Indianapolis with his wife, Crystal, and their 8-year-old son, Andre Givens Jr.
