Dear 100 Black Men of America,

 

My name is Timothy Dye, a dedicated leader of 8 years with the passion for serving the community. Having previously served as President and Currently Immediate Past President of the Greater Columbia Chapter of 100 Black Men of America. I bring a wealth of experience in leading and managing nonprofit organizations to the position of District Director.

 

In addition to my leadership roles at the chapter level, I work diligently with the Collegiate 100 program, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. My commitment to developing the next generation of leaders is testament to my dedication to the mission of 100 Black Men of America.

 

With a proven track record of success in strategic planning, fundraising and program development, I have a deep understanding of the mission and goals of 100 Black Men of America. My commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the organization’s work has been a driving force behind the success of the Greater Columbia Chapter and will continue to my work as District Director.

 

My leadership skills are second to none, with a natural ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential. With excellent communication skills, I have built strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, volunteers, donors, and community members.

 

My strategic thinking and organization skills have helped the Greater Columbia Chapter to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. As District Director, I will bring the same level of expertise to the wider organization, ensuring that 100 Black Men of America continues to make a positive impact on the communities it serves.

 

Above all, I am driven by a deep passion for serving the community and a strong commitment to advancing the mission and goals of 100 Black Men of America. With my experience, leadership, and dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion, I am the ideal candidate for the position of District Director.
